Sore Ike! Anpanman: Kirameke! Ice no Kuni no Vanilla-hime (2019)

The anime film Anpanman: Twinkle! Princess Vanilla of Ice Cream Land brings Anpanman and Kokin-chan to the land of ice cream! The film focuses on the well-protected Princess Vanilla, who is popular and respected by her people, but unfortunately can’t make her own ice cream … She has been practising day in and day out for a long time to make the chilly snack like everyone else, but much to her chagrin every attempt has failed. What can she do? How can she still show her face to her people …? Frustrated with herself and desperate she runs away! She escapes from the royal palace and shortly afterwards meets Anpanman and Kokin-chan.

As she travels with them through the land of ice cream, she not only experiences many great things, but also learns the reason why she of all people cannot make ice cream. But her escape doesn’t go unnoticed by dark fellows either … Baikinman takes advantage of the princess’ absence and attacks the land of ice cream! What now …?

Im Mittelpunkt des Filmes steht die wohl behütete Prinzessin Vanilla, die bei ihrem Volk zwar beliebt und geachtet ist, aber selbst leider keine Eiscreme erzeugen kann … Schon seit langer Zeit übt sie unentwegt tagein, tagaus, um selbst den kühlen Snack zu erzeugen wie alle anderen auch, doch sehr zu ihrem Verdruss blieb bisher jeder Versuch erfolglos. Was soll sie nur tun? Wie kann sie sich so noch unter ihrem Volk blicken lassen …? Frustriert mit sich selbst und verzweifelt rennt sie davon! Sie entflieht dem königlichen Palast und schon kurz darauf trifft sie auf Anpanman und Kokin-chan.

Während sie so mit den beiden durch das Land der Eiscreme reist, erlebt sie nicht nur viele tolle Dinge, sondern erfährt auch den Grund, warum ausgerechnet sie keine Eiscreme erzeugen kann. Doch ihre Flucht bleibt auch bei finsteren Gesellen nicht unbemerkt … Baikinman macht sich die Abwesenheit der Prinzessin zunutze und greift das Land der Eiscreme an! Was nun …?
