3D Kanojo: Real Girl (2018)

In “Real Girl”, we follow the young otaku Hikari Tsutsui, who rather spends his time with video games, anime, and manga instead of having an active social life. Thus, he only has one friend who is in the same position as he is, and it shouldn‘t be a surprise that the two of them are often the centre of mockery and teasing. However, his luck is to change significantly one day: after getting to know his classmate Iroha Igarashi during school imposition and telling her harsh words because of his suspicion of girls, he is sure she, like everyone else, would mock her. But nothing like that happened – to the contrary, when he and his friend Yuuto Itou are once again the aims of a few delinquents, she even takes a stand for him!

It doesn‘t take long until it looks like Iroha will become his first, real “3D girlfriend”. Is he really ready for this?

In »3D Kanojo« folgen wir dem jungen Otaku Hikari Tsutsui, der seine Zeit lieber mit Videospielen, Animes und Mangas verbringt, als ein aktives Sozialleben zu führen. So hat er auch nur einen wirklichen Freund, dem es da ganz ähnlich geht wie ihm selbst und es sollte auch keine große Überraschung sein, dass die beiden häufig zum Ziel für Spott und Hänseleien werden. Doch sein Glück sollte sich eines Tages ganz bedeutend wenden: Nachdem er während einer Schulstrafarbeit seine Mitschülerin Iroha Igarashi kennenlernt und dieser wegen seines Misstrauens Mädchen gegenüber einige grobe Worte an den Kopf wirft, war er sich sicher, dass auch sie ihn, wie alle anderen, schikanieren würde. Aber nichts dergleichen geschah – im Gegenteil: Als er und sein Freund Yuuto Itou mal wieder zum Ziel einiger Delinquenten werden, setzt sie sich gar für ihn ein!

Es dauert nicht lang, bis es ganz danach aussieht, als würde Iroha zu seiner ersten, echten »3D-Freundin« werden. Ist er dafür wirklich bereit?

Il n’a donc qu’un seul véritable ami, qui ressent à peu près la même chose que lui. Et il ne faut pas s’étonner qu’ils soient souvent la cible de moqueries et de taquineries. Mais sa chance va un jour prendre un tournant significatif : Après avoir rencontré sa camarade de classe Iroha Igarashi lors d’un devoir de punition à l’école et lui avoir lancé quelques mots grossiers en raison de sa méfiance à l’égard des filles, il était sûr qu’elle aussi allait le malmener comme tout le monde. Mais rien de tout cela ne s’est produit, au contraire : lorsque lui et son ami Yuuto Itou deviennent à nouveau la cible de quelques délinquants, elle prend même sa défense !

Il ne faut pas longtemps pour qu’Iroha devienne sa première et véritable « petite amie 3D ». Est-il vraiment prêt pour ça ?

In «3D Kanojo» seguiamo il giovane otaku Hikari Tsutsui che preferisce passare il suo tempo con video giochi, anime e manga, invece di avere una vita sociale attiva. Per questo ha solo un amico vero, che gli è molto simile. Quindi non ci si meraviglia che entrambi sono oggetto di beffe e derisioni. Ma la sua fortuna un bel giorno si gira completamente a suo favore: quando durante un compito di punizione impara a conoscere la sua compagna di scuola Iroha Igarashi e le rivolge, a causa della sua diffidenza verso le ragazze, parole grossolane, è sicuro che anche lei l’avrebbe tormentato. Ma niente di tutto ciò accede – anzi, al contrario: quando lui e il suo amico Yuuto Itou diventano, come al solito, oggetto di scherno di alcuni delinquentelli, lei li difende!

Non passa molto tempo finché sembra quasi che Iroha diventi la sua prima «ragazza 3D». È pronto per questa esperienza?
