#1What started as an intriguing procedural crime mystery, shifted along the way into being a bombastic manifesto about good and evil. Also, starring an antagonist ridiculously abetting people to suicide through sheer sexiness... Because everyone is supposed to be taking the themes on this Seinen seriously, when it has a major plot element even the baddest Ecchi would consider not using. Even the anticlimactic ending, an insult to the most patient of spectators, fails to bail it out.
