Tokyo in 2027: after the great earthquakes, Tokyo has become a ghetto. Crime and murder are the order of the day. Boomers, artificially built creatures, run riot here. To slowly get a grip on this, the “AD Police” – Advanced Police – was founded. The young policeman and rookie Leon McNichol have had to deal with boomers before and have had their share of problems. After destroying a sex boomer who killed one of their partners, Leon is supposed to work on a new case together with Gina Marceau. Leon is to investigate another case with a sex boomer who has been reawakened. But Leon has already had the pleasure of meeting this boomer once …

Due to the development of a high-tech train system, the old underground metro has unfortunately been decommissioned. Now drug trafficking and prostitution reign there. A policewoman is supposed to investigate some murders there, which all have the same M.O. The hookers have had their lower regions partly torn or hollowed out. In the course of her investigations, she comes across a CEO of a company who has had her sex organs artificially implanted. Leon is supposed to arrest the woman during her next murder …

Police officer Billy Fanword is ripped to shreds by a boomer during an operation. A new police project turns him into a Robocop – no pain, invulnerable and equipped with high-tech weapons. His tongue and part of his brain are the only things left of his original human body. But Billy can’t quite cope with it all and begins to run amok. When he meets his old friend Geena, he asks her to destroy his brain before anything else happens …
