St.Signpost.CO.,Ltd. is a Japanese animation studio that was founded on March 10, 1959. The current head office is located in Suginami district, Tokyo.

Founded as a magazine marketing agency, the company initially did not operate in the field of animation. Its animation activities began in 1989, resulting in one of its first anime productions, “Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirou”, in 1993. On April 12 of the same year, the company was reorganized and renamed Studio Kikan Ltd. Three years later, on November 18, 1996, Studio Arms Corporation was founded. Its primary focus was to produce OVAs and anime for adults.

In 2008, the company was acquired by the Pierrot Group and transformed into a subsidiary, which was renamed Pierrot Plus Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2009. On September 20, 2019, the company was renamed St.Signpost.CO.,Ltd.
