Auf der anderen Seite der junge, mysteriöse Mann Inukai, Anführer einer paramilitärischen Gruppe. Ihr »Spielplatz«: Eine moderne Stadt, die auf den ersten Blick ruhig und friedlich erscheint, doch eigentlich kurz vor einer Explosion steht. C’è chi come Andou crede che il mondo non cambierà mai. E così non si immischia nei problemi della gente, tiene tutti a distanza; incapace di reagire e allo stesso tempo deluso da tutto. C’è chi invece – come Inukai – crede di poter cambiare il mondo con la sola forza delle proprie azioni e crea un gruppo di vigilanti volontari per tenere “pulita” la città. I due personaggi non potrebbero essere più diversi… ma Andou possiede un potere speciale, un potere che forse potrebbe renderlo forte quanto Inukai… Andou riesce a far pronunciare agli altri le parole che lui stesso pensa, come un ventriloquo. E quando si avvicina a Inukai, affascinato dalla sua forza e dalle sue idee, scopre in realtà un lato oscuro e violento… e forse un potere misterioso simile al suo… Comincia così questo “thriller psicologico” in cui i due protagonisti si incontrano e scontrano in un crescendo di violenza e tensione.
