Hakushaku to Yousei spielt im England des 19. Jahrhunderts und handelt von der Feen-Expertin Lydia. Deren Leben nimmt eine unerwartete Wendung als sie auf Edgar, den legendären Graf der blauer Ritter, und seine Gefolgschaft trifft. Er heuert sie als Beraterin für sein Unterfangen an, an ein Schwert zu gelangen, welches seit Generationen in seiner Familie weitergegeben wurde un nun eigentlich ihm zufallen hätte sollen.
