Takashi Nishikawa is a Japanese animator, character designer, animation director and screenwriter.

He studied animation at Osaka Animator College, where he later worked as a lecturer, but the institution was closed in 2016. He was also a part-time lecturer in animation at the Nihon Computer Institute, a vocational school in Osaka, until 2011.

He gained his first experience as an animator at Studio Wanpack but later switched to Animation Studio Seven. He has been working at the Osaka branch of the studio since 2013.

Takashi Nishikawa ist ein japanischer Animator, Charakterdesiger, Animationsregisseur und Drehbuchautor.

Er studierte am Osaka Animator College Animation, wo er auch später als Dozent tätig war; die Einrichtung wurde 2016 jedoch geschlossen. Ebenfalls war er nebenberuflich bis 2011 Dozent im Nihon Computer Institute, einer berufsbildenden Schule in Osaka, im Bereich Animation.
